• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per apartment. They vary depending on the number of guests.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. We do not accept credit card so please pay by cash or cheques.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and little French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is on 2th floor. In the building there are 3 floors. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is very quiet and cosy.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided (they are changed every 3/4 nights).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartment has a wide private terrace (about 25 square meters).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not. Smoking is not forbidden in the apartment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a tv (and dvd player ), but with Italian channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is, available for local phone calls only (Rome area).
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning in the apartment but fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a big table for 4. It can be unfolded and accommodate up to 8 people.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not, but there is an Internet Point nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not in the property, but there are many private garages in the area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All the main Rent-a-Car companies have agencies in the area (historical center).
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Ciampino Airport, but also the other one, Fiumicino, is well connected (from both about 45/60 minutes by public transportation).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is one in the same street of the apartment, just 150 meters, but within 500 meters there are many bus, tram and metro stops.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Termini Station, just 3 metro stops.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The apartment is between Flaminio and Spagna metro stops
  (metro line A). You can reach both of them with a 5 minute walk. It depend's if you prefer walking through Piazza del Popolo or Piazza di Spagna (both pleasant walkings!)
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, sorry, you can not.
