By car
Coming from the Grande Raccordo Anulare , take exit number 13 Tiburtina , towards centro . Continue straight ahead until you arrive to Piazzale del Verano . Then take via C. De Lollis . As soon as you see the arches, pass them, and turn right into Viale Castro Pretorio . Then turn left into via Vicenza and right into via Magenta .
By train
From Termini train station, exit at via Marsala . Turn left into via Marsala , then right into via Vicenza . Via Magenta is the first street on your left.
By airplane
From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci airport, take the Leonardo Express shuttle train, leading you to Termini train station, which leaves every 30 minutes. The first train of the day is at 6.37 a.m. and the last is at 11.37 p.m. You can purchase your tickets at the tobacco shop located near the platforms or alternatively you will find self service machines. The trip takes approximately 30 minutes.
Alternatively, take the Terravision low cost shuttle service connecting the airport to Termini central station.
If you are by car and coming from Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci airport, take the Cristoforo Colombo - Roma Centro exit. Continue straight ahead until you arrive at Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano . Then take via Merulana until you arrive at the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore . Turn right and you will see Termini train station in front of you. Turn left and reach Piazza dei Cinquecento . Turn right, then straight on into via San Martino della Battaglia , then turn right into via Magenta .
From Ciampino airport, take the Cotral bus leading you to Anagnina
underground station. Then take the underground line A, and get off at the Termini stop. | | |
