Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Use of the internet connection at the reduced price Internet Point is free for the first 20 minutes.

| Cancellation Policy | |
In caso di cancellazione oltre i termini o di mancata presentazione verrą trattenuta la prima notte. Pagamento č richiesto all'arrivo. In case of no show or late cancellation one night will be charged on your credit card. Payment for your stay is required at CHECK-IN. If you reserve a not refundable room type you can not cancel or modify your reservation. In case of no show, modification or cancellation the total cost of the stay will be charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
