• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rate is always per room. Be sure to check that you choose the correct room type.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, clients will receive a voucher to have breakfast in the bar close to the property.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you should pay when you check in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is on the 4th floor (with lift/elevator) and occupies 1 floor in total.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are queit and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is included in each room rate and is available all year round.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No but you can connect your laptop from the room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, we do not have our own car park, but there are parking facilities nearby (500 metres)at a fixed price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several car rental companies at the main train station (500 metres away).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino (CIA): 16 kilometres. Fiumicino (FCO): 24 kilometres.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes ask our reception for rates.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 50 mt, Termini.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, unfortunately we are unable to accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
