• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price but is not served at the property; you will receive a voucher to take it in a café nearby.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Please pay for your accommodation on check-in. We accept most major credit cards.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is 1 floor served by an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available near the train station at an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All major companies have a office in the station Termini.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both Ciampino and Fiumicino airports are well connected with the station Termini.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  WRH Termini, in conjunction with one of Rome's leading transfer agencies, also offers a transfer to and/or from the airports with a deluxe air-conditioned car for an extra charge.This service offers you a door-to-door service without the stress and hassle of travelling by bus and train. We need only your flight number, time of arrival and origin of flight to reserve your car. You will find a driver at the airport holding a placard with your name on it. If you also wish to book the return journey, you will need to inform us of your desired departure time from the hotel, keeping in mind that it takes about 40 minutes to reach the airport from the city center.
