• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. Our Breakfast is a typical Italian Breakfast, Coffee, Tea, croissants,juice, etc.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price. We also offer free of charge extra blankets.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Slovac, Romanian and Polish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our building has 6 floors which are reachable with our internal elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have rooms which face the internal part of the building. The rooms are all romanticlly accommodated.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide the towels and linen. All is included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  None of our rooms have a terrace.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. It is not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We do not have this offer.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a parking area a bit further away from our hotel but we can have you escorted there and back to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the main train station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both airports are near. You can reach them by train, shuttle, taxi and bus.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini (2 min. walk).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. But some of our rooms have jacuzzi in their bathrooms.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
