• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In any time, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The apartment is rented with a "Inn Formula" which means that prices include breakfast, daily change of linen and towels and daily cleaning. On request it is possible to have a "Residence Formula" with self catering prices excluding the change of linen and towels and the daily cleaning, but including the kitchenette use.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, we ask our guests to pay on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Italian, German, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our apartment is very quiet and offers a wonderful terrace.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartment do. Our guests enjoy stunning views of Rome from our terrace!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the apartment do. It has a top-floor terrace from where you can see all the monuments of the city.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and there is no ectra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet Point few metres far from the apartment (Piazza Barberini).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking nearby.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the owners, there are many car rental companies nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) are at same distance (25-30 km).
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. We offer our guests a shuttle service to/from the airports on extra charge.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is "Barberini" in Via del Tritone 100 metres from our apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway station is Barberini,5 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are excellent restaurants within close proximity.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not but there is an Internet Point few metres far from the apartment (Piazza Barberini).
