• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Listed price are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included, we have continental buffet breakfast added with cream chees and nutella cream.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Including the groud floor and the breakfast room in total we have 5 floors, lift in all floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, on the third floor, but they are superior rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. In all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning in all rooms, it is included in the room price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, guests have a direct internet connection from their rooms, there is a possibility to rent a computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have agreement with a garage close by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Approximately 32 km we have L. DA VINCI airport, at 22 km we have CIAMPINO airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes: extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Nazionale, is at only 40 meters far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 800 meters.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  300 meters, Repubblica.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size, not in the rooms with moquette, we have also rooms with parquet.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Only for breakfast, many goods around at only 3 minutes walking.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
