• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 2:00 pm
  Check-out: before 11:00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  An International Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We prefer all bills to be settled on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors in the hotel all accessible be lift or stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and surrounded by gardens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The hotel is surrounded by private gardens which can be enjoyed by the guest.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have no no-smoking rooms but all of our rooms are regularly aired and we will do our best to accommodate any non-smokers far from any other rooms occupied by a guest who does smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms offer a Satellite TV. Our "Smart" rooms offer Plasma TV's.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All room have autonomous regulated air-conditioning at no extra cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There are hook-ups available in all rooms for personal lap-tops.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is private parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini train station only a few kilometers away offers all major car rental agencies. Rental cars can be delivered directly to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both the Inernationl airport "Leonardo Da Vinci" at Fiumicino, and the National airport "Ciampino" are both approximately 25 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the Airport at a cost of 45 Eur for up to 4 people, 65 Eur for 5/6 people, and 75 Eur for up to 8 people. From the Airport to the Hotel you must add an extra 5 Eur service charge to the above prices.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Policlinico.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest station is the main station of Termini
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is only 2 stops from the Termini Rilway station on Line B and it is "Policlinico" just across the street from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We offer an exclusive "Turkish Bath and Sauna".
• Are pets welcome?
  We're sorry but they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We only have a Breakfast Room but there are many wonderful restaurants within a short distance from the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
