ALL SPECTACULAR. THERE IS A SHUTTLE SERVICE
TO THE NEARBY FRASCATI AND IF YOU ARE LUCKY
ENOUGH TO HAVE ANDANA (?) SRI LANKAN DRIVER
HE WILL TELL YOU ALL ABLUT THE BEAUTIFUL
VILLA AND ITS HISTORY.

Could not have asked for better service.

It was a wonderful holiday,I had gone with my daughter as a special treat after her exams.Returned on the Wednesday and on Thursday booked again for eight nights in September with my husband.Its a beautiful place, very calm and relaxing and I have recommended your site to many of my friends.I have booked through the hotel because this time I have chosen a room with a terrace and I did not know if you offered that option.

The choice for breakfast was excellent.the pool was in a lovely setting and the gentleman who attended there was really nice.

Its a very calm and peaceful enviroment.Ideal place for a romantic few days,but also great for popping into Rome.Frascati has everything anyone needs from good food to nice shops.

All the above and I had taken photos of inside the villa to show them.I also told them about a fabulous cake shop in Frascati.All in all we just loved it.

Would hve helped if there was a free shuttle service from Ciampino to the hotel and back

An excellent stay and the wedding reception we attended on the Sunday was also excellent

First class accommodation ,food and service with great historical interest. Would advise them to stay in standard room . We had a balcony which we did not use and we felt was rather pricey,and in fact we were unaware of the cheaper rooms. Otherwise excellent

Despite being late, the reception was excellent. Very polite and efficient.

The swimming pool was advertised as being available but was closed when we arrived and wasn't open until June.

It is convenient when there is a driver to pick up guests from the railroad station.

You advertised that there would be a swimming pool and sun bathing area. Yes, there was, but not open for the guests. It was +27°C and sunny. Would have been perfect to spend some time by the pool.

Shuttle Bus facility was very helpful during stay, particularly on arrival.

Excellent meals, especially Breakfast range was one of the most extensive I have seen.

We really appreciated the shuttle service available to us during our stay. We never felt that the drivers were 'put out' by our trips back and forth to the metro and into Frascati. Without this service we would not have had the same experience.

More pictures of the rooms that are not in the 'wings' of the hotel as they are really nice and would put guests minds at ease when booking. We were very apprehensive about what type of room we would be getting, and were pleasantly surprised by the space and the tasteful decorating.

We would highly recommend this to anyone providing they had the same rate as we did.

There were some suggested visits around the hotel which were on the website, e.g. Catacombe Ad Decimun. However, when I inquired at the hotel, I was informed that these sites required advance booking. This should be reflected on the website so that guests can make advance bookings to visit these sites. That can also be an additional service provided by the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the staff were excellent. The area of Frascati exceeded our expectations and we wish to return in the future.

As we flew into Ciampino, we were charged €40 for the short trip to the hotel! It would be good if the Hotel offered the same service at a reduced rate.

The option of a later shuttles would be good. We had to walk back to the hotel from the town one of the night, as we could not get a taxi and it was too late for a shuttle. We would have been happy to pay for a shuttle that night! Also one evening we returned from the town, to find that the hotel bar was closed - at 10pm!

Back to the taxis again! Our taxi to the airport cost €50, which is too much for the length of the journey..

The hotel itself is beautiful with impressive frescoes and reception rooms. Our room was not in the main hotel building but was a good size, with a great balcony. Location and views were very pretty, service was good - breakfast was excellent! Lovely cooling breezes make this a great place to chill out, by the pool or relaxing on the balcony.

Everything perfect, lovely setting and nice staff.
As for the question no.4, we should have got a bathroom with a bath, and got a shower instead, but to be honest we didnt mind.

wonderful setting and almost a 'trip' to the 'good-old-days'.
well connected although it wont take less than an hour to get to Rome itself, which is important for people hollidaying as we were.
Wonderful swimmingpool with really nice staff to relax after the sightseeing.

We arrived from Ciampino in a taxi, very expensive taxi's in italy
...
It appeared on the website that the pool was at the back of the residence, while it was out the gate and up the road. I thought the rooms were in the hotel I didn't realise we were staying in a villa.
The double room was pleasant, however the beds were 2 singles pushed together which was not the most comfortable.

We attended a friends wedding and a number of the party stayed in the hotel, however the hotel would not provide an extended bar service.

Very helpful staff, Panoramic views, pool area is very relaxing and well serviced.
