We arrived late after midnight, I had notified before hand by email and had received email back from Hotel with information about taxis to Hotel.

Allowed us to leave our bags behind reception until evening departure and advised us of a village to visit by train to pass time until departure.

If walking from train station, where the airport shuttle bus drops off.Walk straight up the road to the square with the church and across the square you will find the road where the hotel is situated. A residential area and NO signs to the Hotel off the square. Look for a smallish yellow sign outside the hotel drive.

Perfect for a short trip to Rome. Very Convenient for the airport. Bus outside terminal charges 1 euro to the train station then a 7 min easy walk to the hotel. Likewise less then 1o mins to centre of Rome on the the train from the same train station costs 1.30€. Trains running every 10 mins.We were a family of 4 and the room was perfect for our needs 1 double bed and 2 singles. Kept nice and clean with clean towels etc every day.

Had no car transfer on arrival. When I telephoned Villa Giulia to book a car, Receptionist was helpful and the taxi was booked accurately and witout delay.

My family and I had a very pleaseant stay at the Villa. The staff were polite and helpful. Our accommodation was good and to our expectations. I will visit again.

Again, the staff were very helpful with keeping our luggage for the afternoon after the check out from the Villa.
They also helped book a taxi to take us to the Airport in the evening.

Psitive.
The proximity of the Villa to the sights of Rome is such that you can travel every day to and from in a very short time. The trains are very frequent.

room was ok, but external areas (landings, stairs etc) were filthy - not been swept or mopped in weeks ! thought this should have been done daily and would have made the hotel look so much nicer

easy access to Rome by train. good parking. rooms could do with a freshen up of decor.
corridors, stairs filthy - maybe cleaner was on holiday!!
efficient and helpful reception staff , 2 local bars in Ciampino very cheap.
easy to get to airport for early flight.

a very pleasant hotel but a little further away from the centre of Rome than I realised but that may have been my own mistake, the staff were very nice and helpfull and the rooms were very clean and comfortable
