• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors and elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only someone have private terrace. All the suites have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only some ones.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, on payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception desk can contact a rent-a-car service on demand. It is also possible to rent a car at Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports or center town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  45 min Leonardo da Vinci. 30 minutes Ciampino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Porta Pia Stop which is at 200 mtrs.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  1000 mt. from the hotel Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro station is at 600 mt. the name is Policlinico Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
