• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In any time, Check Out any time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. You get coffee, cereal, juice, milk, italian cornetti, bread and marmalade.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill will be settled on the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English,German,Italian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is on the second floor. In all there are four floors and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet, we have double window glasses! The rooms are very romantic, one bedroom also has a four-poster bed...all colors are held in elegant red and cream tones..
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  None of the rooms have a terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room has a small balcony for plants...infront of the window there is a big green tree.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  In all the rooms we please ask you to not smoke...
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a tv in the rooms but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Sorry, there is no phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is an air conditioning in the room. There is no extra charge for this...The season would be July and August.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We have a "kitchen" with chairs and table for some good laughs.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an Internet and phone centre right around the corner of the building (10mt).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Sorry, there is no pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park on the street or in a covered and guarded garage.It depends on your car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There's a Europe rent a car right next to us.Or else we have a private taxi with driver that you can rent.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino. It is distant around 20kms.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a privat pickup service from both airports.
  There is a surcharge from the hours 21.00-7.00.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The tram stop is 10mt away and it passes EVERY 3 Minutes! It takes you to down town (Largo Argentina) in less then 20 minutes and to Trastevere in less then 10 minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Trastevere. It's less then 5 minutes away with the Tram.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The Tram Nr. 8 is like an undergroud/subway. It has its own roadway, so even if there is a traffic jam, you wouldn't notice it.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sorry, there is no fitness center in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry! No pets are allowed. There are people who after are allergic!
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have many resaurants in the area and right across the street, from cinese to pizzeria's and real Italian roman food!
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, free wireless Internet.
