 Claudia Zerbe, the owner of the inn, lives right next door, at the second floor of the building, and you may ring her bell whenever you may need something. She or her assistants speak English, German, Italian and French, and will be able to help with you with your doubts on excursions and directions. What is really important about this property is that you will never share its only bathroom with a stranger: if you travel with only one partner, the b&b is closed for you. Otherwise, you can travel with some friends and all share the property as an ordinary apartment, but with the services of a bed & breakfast! |
 At the b&b, the kitchen is equipped with all you will need for breakfast: there is a coffee machine at your disposal, and inside the refrigerator you will find cereal, juice, milk, italian cornetti, bread and marmalade for this first meal. At this room there is a table and chairs so that you have some place to rest and chat besides your chamber. At Villa Luisa, linens and towels are provided, as well as heating and air conditioning. There is no internet connection, but you should not worry for you will find a phone centre with computers right around the corner, at a distance of only 10 kilometres, approximately. |

| At a distance of 10 metres from the apartment, you will find the stop for tramway number 8: this mean leaves you off at Trastevere in only 5 minutes, and once there you can choose between the must-sees of Rome -the Roman Forum, the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, Vatican City, among so many others- or go to the beach if it is summer time (20 minutes journey approx.) or try the archaeological sites of Ostia Antica. |
