• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in time: 13.00
  Check out time: 12.00
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  American buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Usually we ask our clients to settle the bill on departure but if clients like to prepay their stay (exept the extras)of course it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Languages spoken at our reception are: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has five floors and there are two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The position of our hotel is quiet and all our rooms are equipped with sound proof windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a roof terrace where clients can acced any time they like.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms on the fifth floor have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All guest rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are direct dialling telephones in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Our guests can controll the temperature direct by their own in the room. All rooms are equipped with air condition and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we dont't have, but it is possible to connect a modem to Internet from the room using the phone line.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our hotel does not offer a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have at our disposal a private parking space, therefor we work with a garage nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ther is an Avis office close to the hotel. Also a Hertz office is nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino at 30 km distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not offer a private hotel pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at Via Veneto at 50 m distance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The main station Termini is the nearest railway station at 3 km distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground station is Barberini at Barberini square at approx. 800m distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Our hotel does not offer a fitness center but there is one close by in Villa Borghese.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The Victoria is equipped with a restaurant open for lunch and dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It is possible to connect a modem to Internet from the room using the phone line.
