We arrived on New Years Eve and we got into Trastavere station at 21.15. At that time the trams had stopped running and it was almost impossible to get a taxi. Eventually at 22.20 a taxi driver took pity on us and brought us to the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment there was no one there but the lady came after about 15 mins. All of this was a bit frightening as we had two children with us and they were very worried. We had no contact number for the apartment and we were told the keys would be in the letter box (but were not). It would be very useful to have a contact number of the receptionist. She had our numbers but we did not have hers. Also if we had known about the lack of transport on New Years Eve we would have booked a taxi. ... The size of the apartment should be mentioned on the web site. Also we could not connect to the satellite t.v. and got no English stations when we were in Rome. ... Teh satellite T.V. should be explained more clearly. ... Beautiful area and very atmospheric apartment. Problably more suited to a couple than a family. Loved it.

The Apartment was very clean. The location was superb. A kettle to make tea would be useful. ... No DVD as described, but this was not important. ... Very well located apartment in a lively part of central Rome but away from the busiest tourist sites.
