• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Given that it is a self-contained apartment breakfast is not served but the guests find a fully equipped kitchen and a welcome pack.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer. We ask for cash payments.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors, the apartment is set on the 3rd and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our mezzanine room is very romantic!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the apartment does not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the apartment does not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not. We prefer non smoking people.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in the lounge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. It is individually controlled but not included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, off-street parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports are at approx. 30 km far from the apartment.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at 450 metres far from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Trastevere.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The area is well connected with the centre by bus but not by subway. The nearest subway stop is Ottaviano-S.Pietro
  (1 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but Trastevere area is renowned for its restaurants!
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
