- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from midday until 9pm, Check Out before 10.30am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
All the necessary to prepare breakfast is included in the price.
- Is heating included in the price?
Central heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, of course! - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Spanish and Italian are spoken. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
This is a detached house on only one floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The area where our apartment is located is very quiet, also if it is in the centre of Rome. The apartment is very romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided by apartment staff. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
This apartment has a super panoramic terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
This is a non smoking apartment. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
In the room there is a TV but we have not yet international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, on request. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
The apartment has got air conditioned and central heating with no extra charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
The apartment has got a small dining area. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not a swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
There is the opportunity to park outside of the structure or in a private garage nearby our apartment. - Where can we rent a car?
Close to the apartment, there is a car rental. - Which is the nearest airport?
Both Ciampino and Fiumicino airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
On demand we have this service. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Via Angelo Emo is the nearest bus stop. - Which is the nearest railway station?
S. Pietro and Termini Central Railway station are both at the same distance. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The nearest subway stop is two minutes walking far from here. The name of this subway station is "Cipro Musei Vaticani". - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, small size. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No there is a kitchen corner in the apartment. Nearby the apartment there are two restaurants. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
