The owner was extrememly helpful with advice on how to get around, the best places to eat, what to avoid and the how to get the best out of our stay in Rome. We could not have been more pleased with our arrival and introduction to our stay.

The apartment was spotlessy clean and very well appointed. The owner had gone out of his way to provide maps, guides, instructions on how to call a taxi or get to the airport and even had an introduction to Rome DVD waiting in the DVD player for us to watch before we set out on foot.

Excellent! The apartment was very comfortable, very clean, very well appointed and modern and all for a very good value.I would refer this apartment to anyone for a long or short stay. The owner is most helpful and genuinely honest and I would definitely book again.

The owner Gianni wasn't there when we arrived, but arrived within 5 minutes.
He was very friendly and very helpful, giving usefull advice about surrounding area etc.
VERY impressed with the apartment, clean, modern and very well fitted out.

Has a very good week.
The apartment is very well placed for visiting the sites and using the metro.
The area seems a bit dodgy on first appearance, but we had no problems at all, even walking round back streets at night.
Will happily recommend to people I know.

Just packed our things, made sure everything was locked up and secure, then just popped the keys in the letter box.

A very nice modern apartment. Clean and with good features. Personally I think it may be a bit crowded with four people, but ample for a couple.

We were met by the owner of the accomodation, Gianni. He came to the train station to walk us to the appartment, which was very kind and extremely helpful. Gianni also had some excellent maps and information for toursist's including all of the major attractions and sites but also the smaller things (that are sometimes harder to get information on) like how to find the nearest supermarkets etc.

The appartment was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and extremely modern, fresh and a great place for us to relax after walking the streets of Rome. As for the jacuzzi bath - what a treat! In essence, everything was perfect and we would most certainly book the same place again if we were to return to Rome. Thanks!

Very handy, as we didn't actually arrange to meet - just posted the keys into Gianni's letter box. Great if you slept in and were in a mad rush for your flight!

I have already recommended Apartment Veneri to all my friends! I found the apt very stylish and clean without lacking in the services provided in a hotel or B&B. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Very nice clean place - I was not sure I was supposed to call ahead (I was emailed about that after I left on my holiday). But I called from nearby and the owner arrived fairly quickly so all was well.

It was much better than staying in a hotel, I would definitely stay in an apartment the next time. A good location also.

We payed upon arrival so there was no one there on checkout.

It was a little bit noisy, but certainly not loud enough to stop us from staying there again. It was also very clean.

air conditioner was left broken by previous guests and was unable to be fixed during our stay. however, we were issued a cash credit for the inconvenience.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. We had to change our arrival time, and he was very flexible and agreeable, and travelled to the apartment to meet us. Lots of information about the local area and the city of Rome was available in the apartment.

A comfortable apartment, in a good central location. Good value for money, a lovely place to come back to after a long day sightseeing!

Located in a non-tourist area with very easy access to the Metro. Bathtub/shower was difficult to enter--would be very hard for an older person.

Comfortable, modern apartment suitable for 2-3 guests (4 was a bit too crowded). All basic necessities were supplied.

I would have been nice if we could have been able to keep the apartment few hours later on the last day. The cleaning lady arrived before 11 am.

I would most defenitely recommend apartment Veneri to my friends and I if I will come to Rome again I will try to book it myself.
