  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    The owner speaks perfect English and some German and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 5 floors with elevator; the apartment is on the 4th floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The apartment is quiet and modern.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    There is no private terrace, but the building terrace is accessible and very large.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, but there are large windows.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    The apartment is preferably non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There are 2 TVs (in bedroom and living room), satellite is provided.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is no land line, only a cell phone upon request.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    The whole apartment has the most modern AC system from Samsung that can be individually controlled in each room.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes with a very large table (expandible for 6/8 guests).
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, the apartment is equipped with laptop with printer and Wi-Fi ADSL Internet connection included in the price.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, one block away from the building with a daily charge.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the train station.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Both Ciampino and Fiumicino are easily accessible with train, bus or taxi.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Upon request there is limousine service or minivan service.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Piazza Vittorio Emanuele for bus and subway.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Termini Station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The apartment is 3 minutes walk from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele subway stop.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is a Jacuzzi bathtub in the apartment.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, Wi-Fi ADSL Internet connection.
