Facilities within the Property

 
The apartment is located in a building with lift.
In the flat you will find
all the modern facilities like the 2 televisions (in the bedroom and living room) with satellite channels, DVD Player & Hi-Fi stereo, washing machine, safe deposit box, hairdryer and toiletries. Pressing iron is also provided.

Maps of Rome and info booklet are provided for each guest, as well as a
cellular phone upon request. The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning individually controlled. In the kitchen you will find microwave, fridge, oven, and all the accessories.

On request we organize
airport transfers and bike/scooter rentals. We would be happy to give you some advices and suggestions about tours in Rome and to book for you train/air tickets. Highlights of Rome Walking Tour available (3 hrs - extra cost).

The central location of the apartment makes easily reachable by walk the main sites of Rome, such as the Trevi Fountain, the Coliseum, Imperial Forums, the Opera House, the National Museum of Rome and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and the largest local food and fruits market in the city center.

The Esquilin Hill can boast
uncomparable beauties: monuments of the imperial age such as the beautiful Minerva Teple or the majestic Porta Maggiore along the aqueduct of Claudius (just 5 minutes away from the apartment) as well as two major basilicas such as Santa Croce in Gerusalemme and Santa Maria Maggiore. In the last years this area has become one of the most popular spot of the capital. The " Esquilino" is inhabited by a cosmopolitan population among which many youngsters and students. From a cultural point of view this area represents the modern side of the city, offering a chance for those who came to Rome to enjoy shopping or night-life.
