• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 12.00, but we are very flexible according to your needs.
  Before coming please send us an email with all your arrival details and we'll arrange the check-in time together.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price, however in each room there are tea and coffee making facilities and a minibar.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The balance is due on your arrival (cash).
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, a bit of French and Spanish as well.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The flat is on the second floor with lift. The building has 5 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet, romantic and comfortable.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes they are.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a courtyard and a terrace on the top floor.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The flat is only non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is. No additional cost.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a table in each room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are a couple of garages nearby.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  The best thing is to rent at the airport / Termini Station or at Villa Borghese Parking.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci and Ciampino are around 30 kms away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can organize your airport pick-up.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are lots of bus stop in this area (Piazza Risorgimento, Lepanto, Giulio Cesare, Via Cola di Rienzo).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The underground is only 50 meters away (Line A "Ottaviano-San Pietro").
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but just a few steps from the house it is full of restaurants, typical trattorie, pizzerie and pubs.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
