• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per two guests.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No breakfast included. You have the kitchen at your disposal.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Five floors in the building, we are at the fifth. There is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided (weekly change).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning, no extra charge, all year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an Internet Cafè in the same building.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public garage in the same building, not always available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the vicinity.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  P.zza Risorgimento.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Roma Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Metro line A, Ottaviano stop is few steps away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
