By Plane
From Fiumicino airport, take the train to Roma Termini train station. Then follow the directions below for getting to the B&B by train. However, if there are three or four of you, it might be worth your while to take a taxi or request our shuttle service.
By Train
From Termini train station, take bus number 70 and get off at the stop before the terminus - Piazzale Clodio. Alternatively you can take the Metro Line A towards "Battistini" and get off at the "Ottaviano San Pietro" stop. From here, it is a ten-minute walk to the Bed and Breakfast. Alternatively, you can take the Metro Line A towards "Battistini", get off at the "Lepanto" stop and take bus number 70. Get off at the stop before the terminus (Piazzale Clodio). Alternatively take the Express Bus number 30 and get off at the terminus Piazzale Clodio. From the Piazzale walk onto Via della Giuliana and we are at number 72.
By Car from North: Florence, Siena, Milano, Venice
From the A1 highway, exit at "Roma Nord". After the toll gate, take the Settebagni exit: you are now on Via Salaria. Continue towards "Roma Centro". After about 15 km, you will find a large motorway crossing with a road sign on the right: "San Pietro Foro Italico". Keep going: pass two tunnels and on the left you will see the Olympic Stadium. After you pass the Stadium, keep on the right side of the road: after about 400 metres, you will arrive at Piazzale Clodio. At the end of the square, turn to the left. You are now on Via della Giuliana: the second building on the left is number 72, where you will find the Vale & Vale B&B.
By Car from South
From the motorway A1 exit at Roma Est. After the toll bridge, go straight ahead until you get to the "Tangenziale" Ring road and turn right towards San Pietro Foro Italico. Go straight ahead for about 10 kilometres. You will pass 2 tunnels and on the left you will see the Olympic Stadium. After you pass the Stadium, keep on the right side of the road: after about 400 metres, you will arrive at Piazzale Clodio. At the end of the square, turn to the left. You are now on Via della Giuliana: the second building on the left is number 72, where you will find the Vale & Vale B&B.
By Car from Via Aurelia
Go straight ahead towards Centro San Pietro until you pass Via Candia, a commercial street with several shops. At the end of Via Candia, turn left into Via Leone IV and go straight ahead into Via della Giuliana (for 400 m) as far as the second last building before Piazzale Clodio; this is number 72, where you will find the Vale & Vale B&B. |
