• At what time can we check-in and out?
  There is no time to check in-and out, you are free to come when you want but it is necessary advert about the arrival time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included.
  It's italian breakfast with many good things to eat.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It's better but it's not compulsory.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and english.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have eigth floor, with the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, rooms are very nice and elegant in italian style.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, lines and towel are included.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, unfortunely not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, there is a balcon where you can see Saint Peter.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non smoking room available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a tv. We don't have pay tv but we have the satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, dinning room available.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can ask at the reception the price is 6 euro per hours.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, but you have to pay extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the same street of the B&B.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Down the B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  600 metres Ottaviano stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, this service is not available.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, on request.
