Cancellation policy: any charge is due if cancellation arrives at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, 50% penalty 1 week prior, 50% penalty for last minute cancellation or no show If the customer arrives at the hotel and then decides not to stay he has to pay 50% of the whole reservation payment through pay pal account or cash, no credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 480 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
