• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 9am until 8pm, Check Out before 8pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We give you the coupons so you can have brekfast at local café, it is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the 3rd floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are cozy, comfortable and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just one does.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV but with national channels only in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, the kitchen of the apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but in the same street of the B&B there are 3 Internet points.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there are 2 public parkings close by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport (25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Cavour.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is "Cavour" (metro B).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
