Excellent - all hotel staff extremely polite & helpful - would highly recommend the hotel ... Highly recommend the hotel ... All ran very smoothly - no problems ... May seem a little out from the centre of the city but public transport made it very accessible to everywhere ... Would recommend it & would stay in that hotel if ever visiting rome again

Check-in was easy with no problem. ... It would be nice if they provide washclothes instead of a tiny sponge. ... Checking in and out was quick and easy. ... The hotel arranged a shuttle van to take the three of us to the airport at 5:00 in the morning for 60.00 euros. At one time, our group of six, used shuttle van that the hotel arranged for us to drop us off at the Termini for 40.00 euros. This had to be arranged at least 12 hours in advance, and driver showed up on time. ... The rooms are not as spacious compared to what you find here in the USA for the price you pay. The shower stall is small and not installed inside a bathtub, and the floor is not designed to hold a large amount of water, so if the drain is not working properly, it will flood your bathroom all the way to the rest of the room.

check in staff could not have been more helpful - it was late at night yet they still made sure we knew everything about our room, nearby restaraunts and attractions, always smiling. ... bed was extremley comfortable, shower was excellent, fun and functional. The spa was a dream. ... staff were excellent as usual. The staff recommended and booked a taxi to campino airport, only 50 euros (20 euros cheaper than the taxi we managed to get ourselves from campino to the hotel). ... perhaps make it more clear that there is no restaraunt within the hotel itself (although there was a sign saying there was) excellent local restaraunts nearby however. ... excellent value for money, away from the hustle and bustle of central rome but near enough to all main places to vist like the colleseum and the vatican - although make sure you know exactly when the sistine chapel opens and closes as they are very strict on these times! - both these can be reached from travestere easily by taking the local bus route (Bus H takes you from main depot back to travestere - which only seemed to cost us 1 euro each wherever we went!) and the tram route (3 & 8).

Bellboy was extremely friendly and helpful. ... The room was a superior and was very good in terms of cleanliness, quietness and privacy but was let down by its size and lack of drawer & hanging space. ... The roof terrace was a delight. A great place to have a drink before or after dinner. Very friendly service.
Service at breakfast was rather slow. Had to wait too long for tea to be brought and for the table to be cleared despite the restaurant seeming quiet. ... Elegant hotel with lovely roof terrace and spa and quiet rooms. Polite and helpful staff and good breakfasts. Not a central location but well connected by trams and buses. Local area has plenty of restaurants (recommend Le Fate) and small shops.

The desk made every effort to admit us to our rooms early since we were so tired from Jetlag time change. This was very appreciated. ... Location was better than expected. The breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant decorated beautifully. The beds are comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. ... Can't say very good value because the Euro is high compared to the dollar but we were aware of that before we came. I suppose any hotel would have fallen into the same category. This would certainly not stop us from coming back to this hotel or recommending it to others. ... No, I picked this hotel based on the web site information and reviews. ... Perfect location, comfortable, quiet, safe feeling, security plus, great location, friendly and helpful employees, exceptional breakfast.

The staff at Trilussa Palace was helpful and pleasant. They were most accomodating with our requests. The rooms were clean and quiet. We could not have asked for more. Andre was always most kind and informative. ... Rooms need additional lighting. ... No ... Great place; good value; convenient to sites; helpful staff. Couldn't ask for any more. I would stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful. The location was fantastic. It was in a great area that was a little off the beaten path (it reminded me of the village in New York). Everything was just a short tram ride away. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The roof bar was awesome!

I was not only greeted but given a map which the check-in clerk took the time to note with all of the bus and tram lines I might want to take. I was given a short tour of the facilities and he took my bag to my room and showed me the room features. I felt very welcomed. Great start to my stay! ... The room was small (as expected) with a great bathroom, lovely room finishes, and a very comfortable bed. Perfect for my needs. The steam shower was an added bonus after walking around Rome all day! ... Fast and efficient. ... The tram stop right across from the hotel is very convienient. Getting to the historic sites was very easy. ... Absolutley!

The hotel overall was nice but did not have much character. The service and the room was good. There was not enough closet and drawer space in the room.
Our biggest disappointment was the location. We wanted to stay in the center of Trastevere. The description of the location on your website led us to believe that the hotel was in the center where all the restaurants were, but instead we found that it was a good 15 minutes walk and in a rather seedy neighbourhood - very disappointing. ... Describe the exact location. It is NOT in the center of Trastevere.

Poor breakfast. Coffee always luke warm and stale and occasionally there was none. Never was there boiling water to make tea. By the time we arrived for breakfast ( around 9.30 )there was a limited choice even though the room was still reasonably busy ( breakfast finished at 10.30 ) The restaurant did not open during the time we were there for evening meals.

The front desk staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. ... Italy at the time we traveled is very expensive but we knew that going in. I would not travel to Italy at that time of year again. Too many people. ... The close proximity to the tram is a big plus. Rome was very accessible and even though the hotel is located in Trastevere the tram made it easy for us to get back and forth from hotel to the sights very easily. ... Very nice and I would recommend.

the shower was very small - if I dropped the soap, it was impossible to reach forward and pick it up without opening the door. Also, the doors did not seal well and water sprayed all over the bathroom.
Room, otherwise, was very nice. ... Above comments about the shower.
Should build up the roof-top bar - that was very nice! ... Very nice!
