  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check-in: after 3 pm.
    Check-out: before 11 am.
    You may check in earlier by arrangement.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included but can be delivered on request for an extra cost.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Heating is not included
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Bills must be settled on arrival and for long stays we request a desposit which will be refunded on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, English, French, Arabic and some German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Different parts of the building have different numbers of floors. The highest building has 5 floors and there is an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Many of our rooms are private.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All linens and towels are included.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, some do.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, all do.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there are TV in all apartments and satellite TV is available in some apartments on request.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Air conditioning is included for stays up to 1 week. Stays for over one week will incur and extra charge for this utility.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Some of the larger apartments have ample dining space.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There are hook-ups in the apartments for portable PC's , there is ADSL available in some apartments and an Internet Point is available in the Hotel reception area at an extra cost.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking is available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We will be happy to assist in a car rental from many of the different agencies in the area. Cars can be delivered directly to the Triangoli.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest Airport is Leonardo Da Vinci at Fiumicino at about 10 kilometers.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We will be happy to reserve a car for you but there is a fee.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There is a bus stop on the main road near Triangoli about 300 meters away which takes you directly to the E.U.R. area and on to Rome.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest main railway station is Termini in Rome's center.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest underground is at E.U.R. District about 3 kilometers away.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not but I Triangoli can direct its guests to one of the gyms in the area at a special discount price.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets are welcome in the residence apartments and larger pets are welcome in our Villa complex.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but we will be happy to suggest a restaurant in the area.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
