wonderful location and lovely apartment. only slightly negative was that some of the kitchen appliances needed a refurbishment but that didnt matter to us at all because we didnt use it.

re Quality of rooms - only disappointment was the traffic noise at night from Via Del Tritone. It was louder than expected and meant we had to close the windows on the side facing it with resulting stuffy atmosphere in room overnight. Not the fault of the Trevi Apartment owners, so I have still rated the quality of the rooms as very good.

WE were not able to go through a checkout procedure as the agent did not arrive before we had to leave to catch our train (approx 10:30am). We had told him of our expected departure time and did ring to confirm that we were having to leave before his arrival.

We found the apartment surpassed our expectations. The apartment was very clean and tidy and very well-equipped with kitchen gear and even some food items to tide us over until we had bought our own supplies. It was very handy to public transport and/or most of our planned sightseeing destinations.

The airport transfer was well organised and went smoothly. The address given to the driver was incorrect. Right Street but wrong number so I had to look up my documentation.

Property was slightly smaller and older than it looked on the web site but overall was still good.

Details about the second bedroom - it is not clear from the site which room it is, size and style of bedding etc.

Despite complications in my travel arrangements caused my the airline the apartment went out of their way to accommodate my changes including revised taxi pickup service which i was more than greatful for.

Due to the changes in our travel arrangements, we lost one night of our stay at short notice. The apartment appeared to make an allowance for this loss of one night which if it was the case was more than appreciated.

Perhaps it was the time of year but the metro appeared to shut down quite early in the evening. It might be worth mentioning the marvellous delicatessen just outside the front door for fresh bread and cheeses.

A quiet residential property strategically positioned for all the main sites even though it is off a main street. Would recommend this property to anyone.

IT was wonderful to be met at the airport- and the flat was just as described- lovely.
The driver did 140 km per hour (110 kmph zone) in pouring rain with no hands on the wheel talking on his mobile phone- a bit scary, but we arrived safe and sound.

The parquet floor outside the bathroom is coming up- a bit of a hazard at times

Clean,homely, good sized bedrooms, lounge compact but perfectly fine for a short stay. Very comfortable and in a great location.

The person was at the apartment waiting for us and gave us a key - we arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage get a change of clothing and when we came back later in the afternoon the apatment was ready and very clean.

Apartment was ideally located, very well equipped and very comfortable. It was perfectly suited to 3 single people who wanted a bit more space and freedom than one would normally get in a hotel. Also its location meant that it was quiet at night so we could get a good night's sleep. We could walk everywhere and there were plenty of good restaurants very close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the appartment to anyone travelling to Rome for a short break.

Could not evaluate the directions because we paid airport shuttle to take us to the apartment.

Typical Rome street is so narrow. No loading zone for loading/unloading of luggages or things from the car.

Beautiful apartment, clean and neat. Center of Rome and very convenient to go around because it is near bus stops and Metro stops.
Enjoyed so much.

The washing machine didnt work.
The oven didt work, but the receptionist (Erik), was very helpful and fixed it.

We were not showed which buzzer went with the apartment, this caused a problem. Also, we only received one set of keys, REALLY needed two. Please pass this along|

Agent organised transport to airport. We were allowed to stay in the apt untill late afternoon due to late plane daparture.

credit card machine could not take proper imprint.

some electrical issues such that one can't use a hairdryer and any other appliance at the same time without blowing all fuses. Fusebox was in the basement in a room to which we didn't have keys, but a neighbor did. Clothes washer didn't work. Only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 3 nights. All minor issues.

Yes. You should state that the apartment has no air conditioning.
