There was agreed on a transportation from airport but it didn't show up - after calling we took a taxi instead and had to pay more (7 euros more than agreed transport).

When we arrived, the guests from the night before hadn't moved out. They had left all their things and didn't pick it up until 7 in the evening. We had an agreed arrival, but didn't get any reduction on the cost. We had to leave our things knowing that other people had a key! Nelson was very helpful in all this - but we strongly think that we should have had a reduction on the rent!
Apartment was clean but the entrance - Huh!!

That it is very noicy at night.

The area Trastevere felt safe. It is easy to reach the old city.

The taxi driver had GPS capabilities in his vehicle and still had a hard time locating this apartment. Once we finally found it, our stay was wonderful!

There was a hairdyer in the apartment which was not on the website. I ended up bringing mine with me in case there wasn't one.

Being in the heart of one of the most vibrant areas of the City, it might be worth pointing out that it can be quite noisy in the evenings and late into the night - I thought that this would be an issue, but it actually just added to the atmosphere and we got used to it almost immediately.

Excellent! A fantastic location with easy access to all of the major attractions and literally within staggering distance from excellent bars and restuarants. Worth staying just for the smell of the bakery in the mornings!

Thee is a fair amount of noise late in the evening, mainly because there are quite a lot of bars in the neighbourhood. so, if one wants a VERY quiet and private place it might not be very suitable.

Very central, convenient, in one of the most picturesque neighbourhoods of Rome, very lively (too lively perhaps in the evenings!), with nice inexpensive restaurants and tratorias near by.Very nice for walking around also.

We arrived at 3:00 p.m. We had to wait approx 10 mins for some one to show up at the apartment door and additional 10 mins for some one to show up with the key to the apartment. We then had to wait another 1/2 hour for the apartment to be cleaned. The staff were not prepared for our arrival.

The apartment is extremely noisy! We often could not get to sleep until 3 a.m. when the bar scene quieted down. The one plus, the apartment is very central and located close to everything we wanted to see. It was the only accommodation on my trip to Italy that did not have a hair dryer available for our use.

Should be noted that it is a busy, noisy area of town.

I would not recommend it to a friend / relative.

The room was agreed to be ready for our arrival which was early, when we arived it was not and there was a delay of about one hour, in the end this was not an issue as the person we met ket us leave our bags.

The reception area and outside door was very shabby although the apartment itself was nice. i would recomend in someway making the reception more pleasant as it is a guests first impression of the apartment.

i found the area quite noisy at night (it is above a jazz club) so someone looking for a quiet stay might be dissapointed. having said that the location is excellent.

Very late arrival due to airline delay, host arrived ten minutes later. Nice appartment in exciting area, but extremely!! noisy. No sleep possible until four in the morning. Poorly fitting windows and no double glazing. No instructions for whirlpool bath or air conditioning so unable to use. Misleading description of roof terrace. Would go back, but not with children and not at the premium price.
