• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not. The apartment is however provided with a fully equipped kitchen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not. It is charged at 5 euro per day.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you are kindly required to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors. The apartment has no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is romantic and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, the apartment is provided with linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartment is provided with a very nice terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The apartment has a terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, the apartment is provided with air-conditioning. 5 euro per day are due.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there are some Internet cafés nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airports or train stations.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino and Fiumicino ar roughly at the same distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do provide the service. We kindly ask you to provide us with your flight details and there will be the driver waiting for you with a placard with your name on it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Sonnino.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
