• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  Per apartment.

  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You are kindly requested to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors with no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartment has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the apartment has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. The accommodation is a non smoking apartment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone in the apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

  No, there is not an Internet point in the apartment but an Internet point is just on the corner.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At airports or train stations.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have it, on demand (extra cost).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Sonnino or Lungotevere della Farnesina.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere Station for local trains.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Circo Massimo or Piramide are at 20 minutes walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
