 The Trastevere Penthouse is a loft apartment situated on the top floor of a four-story 16th century building (with no lift) located in the Trastevere district. The first floor of the apartment consists of a master bedroom, a large bathroom with tub and shower and a terrace overlooking the roofs of Rome where you can relax or take your meal in the nice spring-summer roman days. |
 The ground floor has a single bedroom, a toilet, a large living room provided with sofa bed for 2 guests and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment can accomodate up to 3+2 people: two guests in the master bedroom, one in the single bedroom and two in the big sofa bed in the living room. Please note that a second apartment that may accomodate up to four people is available at the second floor of the same building.
The apartment is provided with A/C in the open space area (the single bedroom does not have the A/C) and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher as well as with all plates, glasses and silverware. |
