• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not but we offer you a fully equiped kitchen for self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you are required to do so.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One floor there is no elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartment has a wonderful 100sqm terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  See above.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, but since this is an independent apartment it is up to you to smoke or not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There TV but without Satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  On demand.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes on demand.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby or at your arrival at the airport or Termini's Central Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports are at the same distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On demand.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Regina Cieli or Chiesa Nuova.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere station, but we are not that far from Termini's Central Station, you can take a taxi or the metro from there.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  15 minutes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No,there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but we offer you a fully equiped kitchen for self-catering.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, because we do not have a telephone.
