The man with the keys was running a bit late, but we called the owner and she let us know. We only had to wait about half an hour.

The only negative is the apartment is right next to a police station, so there are quite a few motorcycles going in and out of it. Because the apartment is on the first floor, it can be a little noisy at times. The area is wonderful, however, and very central to much of Rome's attractions.

Small but a good value, and in a great neighborhood. The DVD player is a nice addition, too.

Please provide directions from the Campino Airport as well, including public transit instrutions.

This apartment is located directly beside a large gate to a military yard. Traffic arrived throughout the night and each time a car pulled in, loud talking could be heard through the window. The gate also made an extremely loud clanging noise each time it was openned and closed, which made for a few sleepless nights.

Please note the proximity to the gate and intercom. Also please either advise that there is no fan, or purchase a couple of fans.

Very noisy and hot, however great location and very clean.
