It was very well done. The manager of the property arranged a ccar to pick us up at the airport. She met us upon arrival and everything was OK. ... In general it was great. The apartment was in an excellent location. It was spacious and clean. We only had minor issues: it would have been better to have two sets of keys as we split up often. ... none ... no ... A charming, well-located apartment which gives you the chance to experience Rome more as a resident than a tourist.

We were late due to traffic, but our hostess waited for us and was very gracious. ... We really enjoyed this apartment. The private balcony was wonderful, and we loved the neighborhood. I have one suggestion. There was a small window high on the bathroom wall that was uncovered and looked to be within view of other apartments, which made us somewhat uncomfortable. I would recommend putting a curtain over the window. ... I'm not sure it's on the web site, but there was no phone, which was an inconvenience. ... A wonderful apartment in a classic neighborhood, close to everything but away from the traffic and tourist hordes.

Positive: Clean and with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Veronica (the owner) will go out of her way to help if asked.
Negative: If there's more than two of you you'll probably have to ration the hot water. ... Great location that pulls off the trick of being literally within a few paces of some of the best bars and restaurants in the most vibrant part of the city while being simultaneously quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

It was a beautiful Rome morning and our contact with Sra Santini by telephone was friendly, warm and helpful so we were confident that everything would work out well, and he assistant who was waiting fro us at the apartment was also very helpful and firendly. ... The flat is in a delightful location and was comfortable and convenient in every way. The air conditioning was important to our enjoyment of our holiday in Rome because the weather was very hot, and we especially appreciated (and used) the outside terrace. The space available is perfect for two couples although it would be a bit crowded with any more people. ... Everthing went smoothly and we appreciated the assistance with airport transfers ... Althpough it is in the heart of Trastevere and very near several excellent cafes and bars, the apartment itself is quiet and private. ... Excellent location and quiet, cool, convenient apartment. Romantic too!

It is always difficult to tell what the appartment is going to be like from photos. The only downside was the 'light' - it was an 'internal appartment' therefore quite dark. Not a problem for a winter let but not suitable for a summer rental. And the sitting room area was adequate but not very wide - you felt like you were sitting in a corridor. ... it all went very smoothly ... as mentioned before regarding the light ie it's an internal appartment so if you're looking for views and a good balcony then it's not the right rental for you. Having said that it was an ideal situation very central and good restaurants nearby. A few wee things like hot water and a dodgee electric plate which could be replaced were the only other points to mention. ... perfect location. clean warm. simply furnished comfortable bed

It a comfortable, for four people in a very convenient, exsiting neighborhood. However, the place needs air conditioning during the summer.

The transfer and meet process ran v smoothly and Veronica was extremely helpful and friendly. ... Very pleasant and peaceful accommodation ... Veronica kindly offered to book our taxi for our return journey to the airport as we don't speak any Italian! ... No ... a perfect way to sample the Italian way of life as it is not a typical tourist area.

We were charge an excessive fare by the taxi driver from the station and he had some difficulty finding the appartment. After we arrived everything went smoothly. ... Small apartment but clean and comfortable. Excellent security. Fantastic location ... No problems. We were able to store our luggage which was a huge advantage. ... Excellent atmosphere with'left bank' appeal. Lively at night with many restaurants and a friendly safe feel. University area with cheap food and good variety. Short walk across the river to central Rome. ... Go there! Now!

Veronica, the property owner, was very helpful and welcoming for our stay. ... The area, Trastevere, was fun with a lot of evening activity with cafes on the streets, cobblestone narrow streets with so much character. The area is fabulous and the quaint appartment speaks for itself as a nice little hideway in Rome!

We had to borrow a cell, call and wait about 10 minutes for Veronica to arrive even though we called when we arrived at the airport; it turned out to be an entertaining experience (we got serenaded and met an aquaintence) but a bit nerve-racking after 20 hrs of travel. ... It was a great place; I'd go back and recommend it to others. The terrace was the best. Trastevere Apartment became our home and we hated to leave. ... It was fine. ... The location was fabulous, Veronica gave us good recommendations for cafes in the morning and restaurants in the evening, Trastevere is the best neighborhood in Rome, you can walk to both the Vatican and the Forum, you can jog along the Tiber, bring earplugs. ... Trastevere Apartment is an authentic, reasonably priced apartment in the best neighborhood in Rome, perfectly located for touring, close to a great cafe for morning coffee (Friends in Piazza Trilussa) and loads of restaurants. Rome is amazing and this is a great place from which to see it.

Hotel was fine except, not enough hot water to shower and tub was constantly backed up. ... Good location but not with in walking distance of many of the attractions.

Question #3 is N/A. ... The rooms were spacious and the location was great. It was within walking distnace to all of the attractions. I believe that the apartment could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly prior to arrival.

Its been extremely loud. ... I left the keys on a electricity meter. ... It's loud, but offers a fair price and is very centrally situated.

no-one to meet us on arrival and the pre arranged pick up of keys turned into nearly an hour wait for someone to let us into the room. ... The power kept going off. No light bulbs in some lamps. Broken furniture. No way should that apartment be advertised as a 6 person let, it is too small. Not enought plates, bowls etc for 6 people. The electric kettle needs replacing as paint keeps peeling from inside the kettle. Power points not working. The A/C made loud noise that other tenants complained. Not enough towels or bedding for 6 people. Dirty sleeping bags had to be used as blankets. The whole apartment needs a good clean. It was dirty mouldy and very uninviting to say the least. We only ended up staying as it was very late on new years eve and with a family of four children who were tired from travelling we had no were else to go. ... Not a 6 person apartment. Two or three people only. A good location ... A dump with a good location!
