• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in is at 12.00.
  Check out is at 11.00.
  Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our rates include continental breakfast served into your room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you like.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our attentive staff is multilingual. Languages spoken are English, French, Spanish, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel Trastevere House has 2 floors. There is no elevator, but just few steps to do.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each guestrooms is comfortable and welcoming even if on the small side.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room is equipped with remote controlled TV. No satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, the hotel is not air conditioned.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage available nearby excluded from the room rate.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our receptionist will be kindly pleased to arrange for your car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  FCO - Rome Fiumicino International Airport.
  CIA - Rome Ciampino International Airport.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Our receptionist will be pleased to arrange your transfer to/from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus stop is just 2 minutes walking from our Hotel. Stop Belli (Piazza Sonnino).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Circo Massimo" or "Piramide" metro stop is 800 metres, 10 minutes by walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but Trastevere area is a great location for restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, sorry.
