By plane: Rome has two international airports in the suburbs, Fiumicino and Ciampino. They are both easily connected to central Rome, reaching Termini and Trastevere station by various means of public transport.
By car: Fiumicino is 25 kilometres from the inn (a 25 minutes drive). As you leave the terminal, take the A91 highway and descend at exit for "Roma Centro/ Magliana/ Trastevere". Continue along Via Della Magliana, Via Oderisi de Gubbio, Piazza Della Radio, Via Degli di Cesare, and Viale di Trastevere. You must make a U-turn in order to reach the property: turn right in Via Pietro Manzi and you will find the inn on number 2.
Ciampino airport is 25 kilometres from the property (approximately a 25 minutes drive). Take the A90/E80 highway and descend at the exit 28 for "Ostia/ Acilia/ Roma/ Ostiense". Continue along SS8BIS, SS8 and Via Ostiense and you will arrive in Rome. Turn left in Via dei Caduti Senza Croce and continue along Viale Gugleilmo Marconi. Cross the river and turn right in Piazza Augusto Righi. As you reach Piazza della Radio, follow the directions already described.
By train: At Ciampino airport, you can take the Sitbusshuttle, which leaves you off at Termini station, in 30 minutes. Once there, get on the autobus H or 170 and descend at the last stop, on Viale Trastevere. You will find yourself at Trastevere station, only 50 metres away from the property. Just walk along Viale Trastevere and Pietro Manzi is the first street on the left.
From Fiumicino, you may get on the connections of the Metropolitan (direction Fara Sabina/ Orte) and descent at Trastevere station. |
