• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle up your account upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speak fluent English, Spanish, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floors, we are at the 1st floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of our rooms face to the internal part of the building so you won't hear any street noises. We offer only private and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and fresh towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they haven't any terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they haven't any balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we provide non smooking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in each room you will find LCD Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't any telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is individually controlled air conditioning all year free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is a common dining room but in each room there is a dining corner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we do not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are several parking garages near us. Rates vary depending on the size of the car, but generally plan for around 25 Euros per day. The garages are covered and guarded. You may risk parking in the street, however, you are likely to be fined.
• Where can we rent a car?
  If you do plan to drive to Rome and drop off or pick up a rental car, most of the major agencies have dropoff locations near us, just off the Trastevere Station. It is not necessary to pick up/'drop off your car at the airport or train station, both of which are less convenient, and will cause you to spend more time and money than is necessary. Please ask us for the nearest dropoff/pick-up location for the agency you will be using.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can provide a private car service for pickup and drop off. Rates vary depending on the number of people and amount of luggage.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is "Stazione Trastevere" 50mt form the b&b.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Roma Trastevere (5 minutes walking).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The closest metro stop is Marconi (Line B).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot connect your modem.
