• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, please note that we accept payments only by cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors but the B&B is set on the 2nd. There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each room does have a balcony.

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in the lounge area not in the rooms. Only Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking close to the B&B.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ciampino or Fiumicino airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, upon request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Viale delle Medaglie d'Oro, bus n. 907,913,990,991,999.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Proba Petronia for national lines, Termini railway station for international ones.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Cipro Musei Vaticani" line A.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
