Nothing to complain about. Very good.

The hotel is situated in very good location walking distance to all major attractions. We always found our room clean and fresh towels everyday. Breakfast can be better though, during our whole stay we always had the same breakfast. Very helpful and polite reception staff.

You should state that there is no choice of breakfast.

Hotel Traiano was an excellent choice. It was all that we expected and more. The location was perfect for visiting all the major attractions and restaurants were close by also. Our visit to Rome was superb and Hotel Traiano played a huge role in this wonderful experience.

WE found the locationto be excellent. Walking distance to almost everything except the Vatican. Nearby resteraunts were very good.

We really enjoyed staying the hotel. The location is perfect for walking (just minutes from the Roman Forum) and is on a main bus route. We enjoyed the excellent European breakfasts. Fabrizio who was on the desk during the day was very, very helpful and fun to talk with. We would highly recommend the hotel to active adults.

The reception was cordial and efficient. Giuseppe was especially helpful during our entire stay, providing directions, recommendations for restaurants, and reservations for taxi service.

Room was clean and private but not spacious. Air conditioning was not fully functional. Bath was small but clean. Maid service was always prompt and high quality. We requested and received a room on the non-street side of the hotel, but there was still significant street noise. Location of the hotel was ideal for our purposes, nearby all key attractions, and convenient to bus and metro systems.

Clean, great location, nice rooms that were relatively spacious for Rome, friendly staff, but breakfast was only mediocre. In general good value for money in Europe.

Very beautiful and clean room, but also noisy (because of the near Via Nazionale and Via IV Novembre); hotel is within walking range of all central sights.

The bathroom was for slim people only, you sghoul mention that, only possible to get into the shower with difficulties !!

the room we were in seemed very old and that
in general, not much has been done to
rennovate the entire hotel. The room itself
was like from the 1960's and the television
was very small. One day during our stay some
road workers began to put in new stones just
outside our window at 6:45 am, and when I
protested the the manager in duty, he told me
he had not influence over what happens
outside. Then after my angriness and
exchange of words, he only begrudgingly went
outside to tell them to stop, which they only
did for 15 minutes, then started making a lot
of noise again.

It was very nice that wecalled for a taxi before we flew of to Rome and as we arrived the taxi from the hotel was awaiting us.

The fact that the hotel was very central was great. Just a couple of min. wake from all the main attractions and shopping area. As for the room, we were a little disappointed for run down state of the bathroom.

If you can not stand the noise of a busy road, as a customer you should ask for a room at the backside. The view will not be great but a goodsnight sleep can be very important.

A friendly atmosfeer/staff, very near to all major attractions, nice breakfast.
The hotel is pionted out as 4 stars, but you should not expect luxury or a very clean new looking room/hotel. Its cosy and does fit well in the great city of Rome.

The rooms were clean enough, not very spacious and definitely not quiet. We were placed at the rear of the hotel which we were initally pleased about - not overlooking busy main road. But in the alley opposite the hotel was a bar which stayed open until 2.30 in the morning. The noise from this, which usually started after midnight, prevented us from getting any sleep until it closed. Music, talking, bottles being thrown in bottle bank, motor scooters bipping when staff left the building prevented us from receiving any sleep until everyone had left the premises. Otherwise position wise it was in a central location for sightseeing. Would not stay in this hotel again.

You should mention that it is in a noisy position.

the room and service is far behind the standard.
no internet access on the rooms.
air conditioning was working poor.
the furniture and bed was old and dirty.
paper towels and no shower gel available.
the bathroom equipment is held on a minimum level.
the rooms are very very small and extrem noisy.
