• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  English Buffet Breakfast is included in the rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle your bill upon check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We have a multilingual Staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The four buildings in which the 251 rooms are hosted have 2 floors and no elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Rooms do not have terrace. The four buildings in which they are hosted are surrounded by gardens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We do not have rooms wirh balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is a direct dialling phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is air conditioning. No charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In our property there are two internet hi speed stations in the lobby. Surcharge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  In the property there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask reception staff.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport is Leonardo da Vinci International Airport at 25km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 80mt away from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Stazione Aurelia 3km away from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Nearest Subway station is Cornelia Metro A Anagnina-Battistini at 1,8 Km. From Cornelia Subway Station on McDonald's site Bus n.889, bus stop Via di Torre Rossa nearby Domus Pacis.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property, but at 80mt there is Saturnia Spa a health and fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  In the hotel there is one restaurant "Il Borgo".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes in the room there is modem connection.
