Coming by air from Fiumicino (FCO) airport:
From the main airport Fiumicino(FCO) you can reach us catching the
train from the airport to Trastevere railway station ("Metropolitano - FM1" direction: Fara Sabina, leaving every 15 minutes-50 minutes ride). Train Stop: Stazione Trastevere (be sure to take the metropolitan train and not the direct one to Termini, as the direct one does not stop to Trastevere). Once at the Trastevere Station you can catch the n.8 fast tram to Piazza Sonnino (200 metres from the hotel). From Piazza Sonnino you'll go along Via della Lungaretta and walk as far as Piazza in Piscinula where you'll turn right to Via dell'Arco dè Tolomei.
Coming by air from Ciampino (CIA) airport:
Bus (Terravision bus or Cotral/Schiaffini bus) to Termini railway station, where you can catch the line H to Piazza Sonnino (200 metres from the hotel). From Piazza Sonnino you'll go along Via della Lungaretta and walk as far as Piazza in Piscinula where you'll turn right to Via dell'Arco dè Tolomei.
Coming by Train from Termini Railway Station:
The Roma Termini Railway Station is only 15 minutes from our guesthouse,
catching the line H to Piazza Sonnino (200 metres from the hotel). From Piazza Sonnino you'll go along Via della Lungaretta and walk as far as Piazza in Piscinula where you'll turn right to Via dell'Arco dè Tolomei. If you arrive by taxi ask to the driver to go to Piazza in Piscinula that is next to Via dell'Arco dè Tolomei, but better known.
VERY IMPORTANT: Use only official taxi, with the sign on the roof of the
car (there are a lot of unauthorized drivers that ask crazy prices). |
