Joey was absolutely wonderful, helpful and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend your facility to our friends. Wished we would have had a bathroom in our room but were made aware of the fact there wasn't ahead of time.

Very accomodating and staff was exceptional! In an area that felt safe and was close to sites we wanted to see.

The B&B was fabulous. Joey was great, showed us where to go, and made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Rooms were big and very clean. Location was perfect! We will be staying at Tolentino B&B next time we visit Rome.

The person that welcomed us was very polite and helpful.

It was a nice stay, except for some noise made by construction workers downstairs in the courtyard, which was not the fault of the B&B.

Nice location, once you find it. Elegant accommodations, helpful staff, clean rooms for a reasonable price. What else can one ask for?

The Tolentino has no reception area and requires a buzzer to allow you in. We were greeted by a very polite guy, Joey. He showed us to our room and asked us to fill out registration cards. He then gave us a map of the city and answered any queries we had. He then asked us to fill out our breakfast requirements as breakfast is served each morning to our room.

The only drawback to our room, which we were aware of, was the fact that the bathroom was outside of the room... We were with our mother who is in her 70's and it was a nuisance for her who needed to get up in the middle of the night.
Apart from that our stay in the Tolentino was good, Joey was very helpful and very nice guy. The B&B is situated in a great location and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends.

Again our host Joey was very good as we were not leaving Rome til late Wednesday evening. He kept our bags for us and when we came back to collect them he walked with us and got us our taxi to the Airport.

One suggestion is to make it more clear on the Terms and Conditions that VISA/Mastercard only guarantees the deposit and that cash is required to pay for the B&B stay.

I would recommend it to a friend as a comfortable and clean B&B, with a nice continental breakfast and in a great central location.

IT WAS VERY EASY TO FIND THE PLACE.

WE WERE GIVEN ALL THE KEYS TO REACH THE PROPERTY AND OUR ROOM AND THIS GAVE US THE FEELING THAT WE COULD GET THERE OR LEAVE WHENEVER WE WANTED WITHOUT DISTURBING ANYONE

Joey, the sole employee, waited to greet us
even tho' we were 1-2 hrs late from the
airport & came down & carried our bags for
us.

The location of the Tolentino is wonderful
as so many of the key tourist sites of Rome
are easily walkable from the B&B. The inner
courtyard can be a little noisy at times but
this is Rome after all.
My only suggestion would be to improve the
breakfasts-- the coffee is excellent but
fresh pastries would be much nicer than
biscuits & toast. Need more variety.

Joey carried our bags down ( the elevator
was being fixed) & gave us good tips as to
how to get to the train station on public
transportation.

Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 (you pick the arrival time in your room). We had an early train the day we left and Joey was kind enough to prepare our breakfast for us early (we didn't expect it but he offered). A great selection for breakfast too...

Signage outside the B&B was very small, we thought we were a wrong place

Less spacious than expected, accommodation was not really a 'suite', only one room and bathroom.
Ambiance was spoilt by huge modern wardrobe and tiny, camping style fridge

Although the information was wriiten on the voucher, it was not clear that the establishment did not take credit cards (confusion between the reservation, which was guaranteed by credit card, and the final payment, which needed to be settled cash). Solution: reverse the order of the information on the voucher to make it clearer for customers.

the room we stayed in was connected to another room; the door inbetween was not closing very well. We experienced no problems from that however.
Your organization told me we had a reservation for a large/big room. It was actually a very small room.
