The B&B was fabulous. Joey was great, showed us where to go, and made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Rooms were big and very clean. Location was perfect! We will be staying at Tolentino B&B next time we visit Rome.

JOey at the front desk was most helpful with anything that we wanted to know. Very polite and patient.
...
Would've been nice if they had regular towel service and supply shampoo for the bathroom, but this is minor.
...
simple straightforward, no hassles. Joey gave us very helpful suggestions in getting to the termini.

The person that welcomed us was very polite and helpful.
...
It was a nice stay, except for some noise made by construction workers downstairs in the courtyard, which was not the fault of the B&B.
...
Nice location, once you find it. Elegant accommodations, helpful staff, clean rooms for a reasonable price. What else can one ask for?

Hotel manager was helpful and friendly.
...
The room could have used brighter lighting. The shower directly in the bathroom was adequate but a bit of a hassle.

as good as a Belgian one! :-) )

IT WAS VERY EASY TO FIND THE PLACE.
...
WE WERE GIVEN ALL THE KEYS TO REACH THE PROPERTY AND OUR ROOM AND THIS GAVE US THE FEELING THAT WE COULD GET THERE OR LEAVE WHENEVER WE WANTED WITHOUT DISTURBING ANYONE
...
VERY VERY GOOD LOCATION
...
I WOULD RECOMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION AND THE GOOD PRICE

Joey, the sole employee, waited to greet us
even tho' we were 1-2 hrs late from the
airport & came down & carried our bags for
us.
...
The location of the Tolentino is wonderful
as so many of the key tourist sites of Rome
are easily walkable from the B&B. The inner
courtyard can be a little noisy at times but
this is Rome after all.
My only suggestion would be to improve the
breakfasts-- the coffee is excellent but
fresh pastries would be much nicer than
biscuits & toast. Need more variety.
...
Joey carried our bags down ( the elevator
was being fixed) & gave us good tips as to
how to get to the train station on public
transportation.
...
Great location & friendly staff & a B&B in
the European style as different from a N.
American one.

The person who manages the B&B (Joey) was fantastic. Very helpful and welcoming.
...
Overall it was absolutely fantastic. Great location.
...
Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 (you pick the arrival time in your room). We had an early train the day we left and Joey was kind enough to prepare our breakfast for us early (we didn't expect it but he offered). A great selection for breakfast too...
...
Like being at home.

For first time travvelers to Rome the Taxi option is always best I find. But the Taxi tried to charge us €60. We were then told it shold be €40 ONLY from either Airport. You should state this on your website.
...
I think €150 per night is a little bit stiff for this property. The breakfast is fairly plain friends of ours stayed the same week as us in a 4 star hotel for the same price and got a full hot breakfast each morning.
...
The guy in Reception is great and was always helpful. He organised the Taxi back to the Airport for us. He brought Breakfast every morning also.
...
For Irish people it would be important to state that it is not actually a B&B but then none of the B&Bs in Rome are like the ones in Ireland. They are just appartments with rooms in them.Your Contenintal (toast tea and croisant) is brougt to your room every morning before 10 am .
...
central (enough),Clean, Spacious.
Dont go to the Restaurants out on the Main street at the square They WILL rip you off COMPLETELY. If you walk up a block or so in either direction there are lovely less expensive ones.

Excellent service.
...
Very helpful, helped us book an extra day in Rome.
...
Although the information was wriiten on the voucher, it was not clear that the establishment did not take credit cards (confusion between the reservation, which was guaranteed by credit card, and the final payment, which needed to be settled cash). Solution: reverse the order of the information on the voucher to make it clearer for customers.
...
Establishment does not take credit cards.Excellent establishemnt, centrally located.
...
Would recommend it without hesitation.
