• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a typical Italian breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors in the building with elevator and the Tolentino B&B is on 2nd floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are very quiet and private. The furniture are in a classic style.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided. Towels and linens will be changed every three days.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each room but no satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, independent air conditioning in each room is included.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can connect from the apartment (available on request) but the rate is not included.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A garage is 100m from Tolentino B&B. Please ask us for more information. The rate is not included and is available on request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are two car rental offices in the neighbourhood.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Barberini Square is the nearest bus-stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini is the nearest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Barberini stop is the nearest underground/subway stop (Metro Line A) at 30 metres' walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a fitness centre in front of the Tolentino B&B, but not in property. The rate is not included and is available on request.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can suggest more typical restaurants near the Tolentino B&B.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
