• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have forth floors and we have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. we have also quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Few rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, both. All rooms have telephone and satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes the telephone is direct dialing from the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms with air conditioned , no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  It is available nearby: extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly at the front desk of the Hotel. It is also possible to rent a car at the central railway station "Termini" or Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 30 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We offer the pick up with a car company cost Euro 50 for 4 people if you are more than four we have to according with the car company.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is one meter from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 15 mimutes.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  About 5 minutes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we don't have any fitness center but near the Hotel there is one, and you can purchase daily ticket.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
