No problem, it was perfect. It was injured and obliged to walk with a stick, and the woman who has welcomed us has alos helped us with the luggage. ... the room was quiet enough, perfectly clean and spacious enough.
... please precise to people that they can take the tramway from Tratevere Station to go to the Domus Tiberina. ... the place to be !

Our taxi was arranged by the hotel - arriving from Australia via Bangkok, we were exhausted and he was easy to find. The taxi driver could not find the specific hotel and took us to the other hotel by the same people, which is just around the corner, and we walked. No harm done, just a little muddled. ... We had the upstairs room with the terrace and that was wonderful! We could be outside if we wanted fresh air and we could watch all of the excitement in the piazza. This was ideal when we were jetlagged and getting up at odd hours. ... A quiet, comfortable base that's perfect for walking to all of the main sights of Rome. It's tucked away near to Trastevere's restaurants and bars but in a quieter area that even the Rome locals we know didn't know about because it's not a traffic throughfare - a great thing for us.

All staff were very helpful & spoke fluent English. The accommodation was very central, and very good value for the money. The room was small, but very tidy, and I would recommend Domus Tiberina to anyone visiting Rome. ... Central, clean, good value for money. Friendly & professional staff.

Very positive experience. Would recommend staying here, as it was good value & the Trastevere area is the best place to stay in Rome, as it is more like Rome for the Romans - good value restaurants & fab plazas etc...
Ask for a room away from reception, so as there is slightly less noise but rooms were good size, space, confort etc... ... Central, Good Value, Helpful. It does exactly what it says on the tin!

Bon plan.

The rooms are exceptionally small, and the walls exceptionally thin. The descriptions and images convey a more spacious feeling. ... Excellent location, very friendly and forthcoming. Rooms very small, and quite noisy.

I was very surprised with the 'continental Breakfas'. I did not expect to be served as i thought as usual it would have been self service and if we had wanted another bread bun it would have been available. The last day of our stay we had a yoghurt as well which would have been nice if we had had this every day along with our Croissant and bread bun. ... The maid was not as thorough as she could have been but other than that it was very good and the reception staff were very helpful when we needed them. ... I would inform them that this is a very traditional hotel and that it was in the old part of Rome and actually near all the Archeological sites.
I would be able to recommend it to them but make sure that they know it is a small hotel and does not have the amenities that a large company owned hotel would have.

The rooms were very clean and nice. But the temperature was to low. 13 degrees on the room in the morning is to low. The room on first floor was very disturbed by noise from reseption traffic during late evening and early morning. This should be warned to guests when they are given this room. ... That the rooma are fairly small. ... Nice and cozy. Very sentral to all main attractions. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

The rooms were much smaller than pictured, and even though the hotel was far from full, we were not given a bigger room when we asked. There was not enough room to open our suitcases except on the bed, and there was not enough storage room to put the suitcases, so we were forced to walk over them constantly. ... The location is very nice and quiet. There are lots of cool places to eat nearby, and the hotel is well located. ... Tiny rooms, good breakfast, good staff, great location.
