The owner provided additional detail on the property before we arrived and was extremely helpful. My family were arriving separately in Rome and he pre-arranged a limo to pick them up from the airport. ... The owner spoke very good English, was extremely helpful in every regard. The breakfast was very nice with fruit juice, cereals, fresh rolls and croissants. during the day there was always tea and coffee available (and some cake!)The room was a bit tight for four of us but perfectly manageable and pretty much as expected. The location was good with metro and bus service within 50 metres of the property. The room was very clean and the staff cleaned it every day. ... Once again, the owners were flexible and friendly. Transport to the airport was arranged for us on request. ... Although this property is not centrally located, the proximity of cheap and reliable public transport made it easy to get in and out of all the places of interest. The warmth and friendliness of the staff were exceptional by any regard and made our stay a really positive experience. The rooms were small but well appointed and very clean.
