• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm until 9pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment, per night.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not, but upon your arrival you find all you need for your first breakfast.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors. The building has a lift.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet e romantics rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are included.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?

  Yes, there is a TV, but there are no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not at the moment.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not, but there are fans during the hot season.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?

  Via Marmorata, in front of the property.

  Ostiense station (10 minutes on the foot or by bus) Termini Station by bus n° 75.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Piramide (five minutes by foot or by bus).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
